Cooking Class at Cucina Bambini

Today I spent a rainy morning at a cooking class making nachos. I wasn't so sure about nachos but once I heard chips and cheese I was there!

As you can see the end result was yummy.

I even grated my own cheese....and to think my

mom was scared I would grate my fingers.

I was anxiously waiting to roll out my masa.
